Wow! What a busy and wonderful 48 hours! Let me catch you up. Natalie did extremely well during our travel home. God was watching out for us. The only empty seat on the flight from Bogota to Atlanta was next to my mom and I. This ended up being very nice for Natalie to be able to stretch out and play for a while. Our flights were on time and our paperwork went smoothly. I was very grateful to have my mom with me! It was so nice to have an extra set of hands to help. When we arrived in Pensacola, we had a wonderful group of friends and family waiting to welcome us. Thank you everyone! It meant a lot to have you there. Natalie was her usual cute and smiley self despite the long day of travel. She was in love with the pink balloons. Watch out Aunt Debbie. She may want one every time she sees you! Tim's parents spent the night and went to church with us the next day where we were met with more warm welcomes. Yesterday, Tim's brothers and family came to meet Natalie and we had a great time visiting with them. For those of you who have expressed concern, Calvin (our dog) is getting used to the idea of having a baby around. He is very curious but is beginning to settle down a bit. I believe he will be bringing me diapers on command in no time at all!
It is so wonderful to be home! As I have read in our friends blogs before, there is no greater feeling than seeing our baby girl in our home with her new family and friends! She is such an amazing gift! We miss our friends in Bogota and hope they are doing well. You will all be in our prayers. Thanks to everyone for your support and prayers during this wonderful journey! I guess I should wrap this up now. Unfortunately, the laundry awaits. I wonder if I put it in a bag outside my bedroom door will someone magically wash, dry, and fold it for me like they did in Colombia?

Welcome home! We are so glad you made it home safe and sound, and we are just so happy for all of you. What a blessing! We absolutely cannot wait to meet her!
Congratulations and all of our love....

I have inspected those lovely baby cheeks, and I heartily approve of their plumpness! Pictures don't do them justice, man. She's a cutie-pie.
Oh, and the trick is to train Calvin to change the diapers.
