Natalie Mae Day

And another year flies by..... I can hardly believe that we have been a family of three for four years. We are blessed to have so many wonderful moments together. This year was a little different than previous "Natalie Mae" days. We have been very busy lately and I did not make time to cook a special Colombian meal (I will soon, just didn't get it done for the actual day) or to buy a present. But we still did the most important part of the day which is to take a moment to stop and remember how very fortunate we are to be Natalie's parents. We look at our sweet Natalie and are absolutely amazed. She is beautiful, smart, kind, funny and thoughtful! We pray that we are raising her in a way that honors her birth family's decision. We pray that when her birth family thinks of her that God provides them a sense of comfort that she is loved beyond measure. Thank you God for the chance to be her parents!
